Since we offer a wide variety of products including apparel, signage, banners, business cards, stickers, vehicle graphics, and promotional items, pricing is customized based on your specific project needs.

Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary depending on the product type.
For apparel and signage, we can often produce small quantities or even single items. However, larger quantities usually provide better pricing per piece. For example, ordering 10 yard signs will typically cost less per sign than ordering just one.
For promotional products such as pens, mugs, drinkware, keychains, and other specialty items, manufacturers usually require minimum order quantities.
If you’re unsure about minimums for a specific product, just reach out and we’ll help guide you to the best option for your budget and quantity needs.
What is your turnaround time?
Production times vary depending on the product and quantity ordered.
Typical turnaround times:
- Apparel: 5–7 business days
- Banners & Signs: 3–7 business days
- Business Cards & Paper Products: 3–4 business days
- Promotional Products: 5–10 business days
- DTF Transfers: 3–4 business days
- Large or Custom Projects: Varies
Production time begins after artwork approval and payment are received.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush production may be available depending on workload and product type. Rush fees may apply.
Do you provide design services?
Yes. We offer professional graphic design services including:
- Logo cleanup/vectorization
- Custom logo design
- Print-ready artwork setup
- Layout and branding assistance
Can I use my own artwork?
Absolutely. We recommend high-resolution or vector files for best print quality.

Can I submit a Canva design?
Yes. We gladly accept Canva designs.
You can send:
- Canva share links
- PDF exports
- PNG files
- SVG files (recommended when available)
Before sending your Canva design, please make sure:
- All text is finalized and spelled correctly
- Images are high resolution
- The design is sized correctly for your product
- Important text and logos stay within safe margins
If needed, our design team can also help prepare your Canva file for professional printing.
Can I use AI-generated artwork?
Yes. We can work with AI-generated artwork for many projects.
However, AI-generated images often need additional preparation before they are ready for professional printing. While AI artwork may look sharp on a screen, it can become blurry, pixelated, or distorted when enlarged for large-format printing, apparel decoration, or signage.
Depending on the artwork and intended print size, additional artwork cleanup or vector redraw fees may apply. Pricing varies based on the complexity of the design and the amount of reconstruction needed.
Our team will review your artwork and let you know if any adjustments are recommended to ensure the best possible print quality.
Can I order DTF transfers?
Yes. We offer custom DTF transfers through our dedicated transfer website at OnTopTransfers.com.
You can upload your artwork, build gang sheets, and place your order directly online for pickup or shipping.
We offer:

- Ready-to-press DTF transfers
- Local pickup
- Nationwide shipping
- Rush production options
Standard production time is typically 3-4 business days, depending on order volume and artwork readiness. Rush options may be available for time-sensitive projects.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We do not begin production until you approve your artwork proof in writing.
What if I need changes after seeing my proof?
Minor revisions are included with most orders. Additional revisions or major redesigns may incur design fees.
Do colors print exactly as they appear on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings, material types, lighting, and print methods. We do our best to match colors as closely as possible.
Do you offer installation for signs?
Yes. We offer professional installation services for many signage products including:
- Wall signs
- PVC lettering
- Acrylic signs
- Window graphics
- Vehicle graphics
- Banners
- Channel letters
Can I bring my own garments for embroidery?
Yes. Customers are welcome to provide their own garments for embroidery.
Please keep in mind that embroidery on customer-supplied items carries a small level of risk. Different garment brands, fabric types, blends, thicknesses, stretch materials, and specialty fabrics can react differently during the embroidery process and may require machine tension adjustments, stabilizer changes, or test calibration.
Our team takes every precaution possible to produce quality results, including test stitching and machine setup prior to embroidering the final garment. However, because every fabric behaves differently, occasional spoilage or damage can still occur during production.
For this reason, customers providing their own garments are required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with embroidery on customer-supplied items. On Top Printing & Signs is not responsible for damage, spoilage, or replacement of customer-provided garments during the embroidery process.
For larger orders or specialty garments, we strongly recommend providing extra pieces when possible.
Do you ship orders?
Yes. We offer local pickup, local delivery, and nationwide shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to make sure your order is produced accurately, packaged securely, and delivered as quickly as possible. We proudly ship throughout the United States using reliable shipping carriers and multiple delivery options based on your project needs.
Shipping rates are calculated based on:
- Order size
- Weight
- Package dimensions
- Quantity of boxes
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping speed
Most orders ship via FEDEX Ground unless another shipping method is selected.
Production & Shipping Times
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Your estimated delivery date is based on:
- The selected production turnaround time
- The shipping method selected at checkout
Please note that once an order has been placed, turnaround times generally cannot be modified and production charges are non-refundable once work has begun.

All orders received and approved after 12:00 PM (ET) will begin processing the following business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping Options
We automatically select the most economical ground shipping method for each order unless a faster shipping option is requested.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, and other approved payment methods.
Do you require payment before production?
Yes. Most orders require payment before production begins unless prior terms have been approved.
What happens if my artwork is approved after the daily cutoff time?
All orders received and approved after 12:00 PM (ET) will be processed the following business day.
Can you match a previous order?
Usually yes. If you’ve ordered with us before, we can often reorder using your previous artwork and specifications.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Larger quantities usually receive lower per-piece pricing.

How long do vehicle wraps last?
A professionally installed vehicle wrap typically lasts between 3–7 years depending on the type of vinyl used, weather conditions, maintenance, and how often the vehicle is exposed to the elements.
Keeping your vehicle clean and protected from excessive sun exposure can help extend the life of your wrap.
Will a vehicle wrap damage my paint?
No. When installed and removed properly, high-quality vinyl wraps generally do not damage factory paint. In many cases, wraps can actually help protect the original paint from UV exposure, minor scratches, and everyday road wear.
However, if the vehicle has existing paint damage, peeling clear coat, body filler, rust, or previous repaint issues, vinyl may pull damaged paint during removal or may not adhere properly.
Some vehicles may require sanding, surface prep, or paint correction before wrapping to ensure proper adhesion and a clean professional finish.
Can I wash my wrapped vehicle?
Yes. Hand washing is recommended for the best appearance and longest lifespan.
Touchless car washes are generally safe, but we recommend avoiding aggressive brushes, high-pressure washing near edges, and harsh chemicals that may damage the vinyl over time.
How long does the wrap installation process take?
Most vehicle wraps take between 5-7 business days depending on the size of the vehicle, design complexity, print production, and installation requirements.
Larger commercial fleets, specialty wraps, and custom color change wraps may require additional production time.
What’s the difference between a partial wrap and a full wrap?
A partial wrap covers selected areas of the vehicle and is a great option for businesses looking for impactful branding while staying within budget.
A full wrap covers most or all visible painted surfaces of the vehicle for maximum visibility, branding impact, and complete color transformation.
